The Champions for Mental Health project supports the Queen's Campus Wellbeing Framework. The framework's goal is to encourage and support an inclusive culture of well-being that inspires and enables all who live, learn, and work at Queen's to thrive.
Principal Patrick Deane hosted a special event at the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts on April 14 to hand out the 2021 Special Recognition for Staff Awards.
The mural, to be located on the south wall of the ARC, symbolizes an opportunity to visibly illustrate the diversity of the Queen鈥檚 community and signal a future that is focused on celebration, healing, resilience, cultural diversity, and optimism.
The Scarborough Charter builds on work already in progress at Queen鈥檚, such as the Declaration of Commitment to Address Systemic Racism.
