The EL WrapAround can help!
By adding an Experiential Learning framework to existing on-campus work and volunteer roles, this simple yet high-impact strategy will help supervisors and students engage in productive conversations about how to get the most out of the experience. With the use of online modules to support student goal setting at the beginning of the role, and reflection on skill development and impact at the end of their role, students will be prepared to engage in meaningful dialogue with their supervisors about their contributions to the department and how this relates to their future career development.
The EL Hub also provides optional training and support for both supervisors and students to help make the experience as easy and accessible as possible. To enquire about customized training, email us el.hub@queensu.ca.
