A Revenue Generating Service Contract is a non-Research legally binding agreement setting out the terms and conditions associated with the provision of services to an external party in exchange for fair compensation. The requirements are specified by the "project owner" and the services are delivered by the "contractor" or "service provider. This does not include Academic Contracts, covered under Section F.
