Andy started with 成人大片 in the School of Rehabilitation Therapy in 1996 as a tenure-tracked faculty member focusing on orthopedics and sport physical therapy while conducting his own research before becoming an Educational Developer with the Centre (Then, the Instructional Development Centre) in 2004. As an Educational Developer his focus shifted to his interests surrounding the appropriate use of learning technology, problem-based and active learning methods in and out of the classroom. In July of 2012 he was cross-appointed with the Department of Biomedical and Molecular Science where he teaches and supervises graduate students.

Portfolio:
As an Educational Developer with the Centre, Andy works closely with faculty and staff on the development or learning spaces, educational technologies and ways to enhance the student and educator experience through the implementation of the resources. Andy helps coordinate the use of the newly renovated Active Learning Classrooms and is a member of the OnQ - Queen's new Learning Management System (LMS) Steering Committee.
