Make a Referral
Faculty and staff can make a referral via the online portal by following the link below - you will be prompted to login with your NetID.
Please note that Care Referrals can only be made by faculty and staff for Queen's students. Other members of the Queen's community can get in contact by emailing caresupportservices@queensu.ca. Any staffing concerns can be directed to Human Resources.
