The following document provides an overview of the complaints and reports submitted under the Harassment and Discrimination Prevention and Response Policy from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024. This summary includes data from both formal complaints submitted via the online intake form to the Office of the Vice-Principal (Culture, Equity, and Inclusion) and anonymous submissions received through the IN-SIGHT reporting tool.
