Additional Program Details:
Facilities and Strategic Procurement have streamlined the moving services request process. Moving services requests can now be made online by filing out a on the Facilities website.
- This form is to be used when departments need items moved within their office/building or are moving items to a different location.
- Once the request is submitted you will receive a confirmation number that you can use to follow up with the moving company.
- The moving company chosen will bill the requesting department directly.
- Book your moving services request in advance of the requested date to ensure availability.
- Please continue to use the ewaste/furniture/scrap metal pick up request forms for disposal of end-of life items.

- Schedule movement of furniture and items as required
- Schedule movement of heavy items as required
- Furniture set-up and removal for scheduled events such as convocations, exams, conferences, as required
- Unscheduled/emergency moving services as required - with minimum same day response, preferably < 2 hours
