Departmental Colloquium

For Winter 2025

The Department of Physics, Engineering Physics and Astronomy organizes a weekly colloquium during the winter and fall semesters. The physics colloquium is an important community event for all department members, including faculty, undergraduate students, graduate students, and all researchers, to learn about various research activities and exciting developments in the worldwide physics community. Undergraduate students are especially encouraged to attend. After the colloquium, we encourage undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral scholars to meet with speakers in the physics lounge. Currently, the physics colloquium takes place on Fridays at 1:30 pm. You can find this semester鈥檚 colloquium schedule below.
