This fall, Queen’s marks a significant milestone with the 10th edition of Thrive Week – a series of events focused on building positive mental health for staff, faculty, and students. From Nov. 4 to 8, the Queen’s community is invited to participate in events and activities that focus on thriving together.

“This is a truly exciting year for Thrive and represents a decade-long commitment to wellness from the entire Queen’s community,” says Sydney Downey, Director, Employee Wellness Services (Human Resources). “We have special programming planned for the week and look forward to sharing more details in the coming months.”

Over the past decade, Thrive has evolved from a small workplace initiative into a vibrant and inclusive university-wide movement. The success and ongoing growth of Thrive is largely due to the support and participation of staff, faculty, and students from across the entire university.

The community is encouraged to stay tuned for details as Thrive Week 2024 approaches. More information on Thrive is available on the Human Resources website
