Your official transcript, and English-language proficiency test scores (if required), must be uploaded directly by your home university. Please arrange for your required documentation to be uploaded by your Exchange Coordinator at your current institution using our .

Required documents should be submitted to Queen鈥檚 University as soon as possible, and:
- by April 30 for September entry.
- by September 30 for January entry.

Your permanent address information will be used if you are required to obtain a study permit and when you are entering Canada. Should there be updates to this information, please contact intstudy@queensu.ca directly with any changes or updates.
