Wellbeing Supports for Leaders

Creating an effective onboarding plan is crucial for welcoming new employees and helping them integrate smoothly into your organization. This strategy forms the beginning of an ongoing relationship and is the point where first impressions are made. It helps build the support network to assist with stress throughout the year and it can set a culture of inclusive employee wellbeing from day one.

Embracing a holistic and proactive approach to employee wellness at 成人大片 is essential to achieving our mission and fulfilling our vision. As stewards of our own wellbeing, we all have a role to play in fostering an environment where every member of our community feels valued and empowered to thrive. By focusing on the health and wellbeing of our employees, we strengthen our collective ability to positively shift our organizational culture.

Campus Wellbeing Framework

The Campus Wellbeing Framework is the result of six months of consultations in 2019-20 with students, staff and faculty at Queen鈥檚 University. It represents the shared, wellbeing vision of more than 1,800 Queen鈥檚 community members who told the project team that campus wellbeing is rooted in a culture of care, inclusion and respect, social connectedness, the places we learn and work and in the multiple dimensions of personal health.
