Salary Grids and Ranges
The salary grid represents the salary steps for General Staff (grades 2-9), while the salary range for the Queen鈥檚 Managerial and Professional Group (grades 10-14) represents the minimum through maximum for each grade.

Vacation Entitlement
The University strives to provide a healthy workplace that supports a work/life balance and provides employees with periods of uninterrupted time away from their jobs and work-related duties.
The normal operations of the University close down over the Winter Closing (PDF 86.9 KB) period, with only designated essential services running. The University allows staff members the full time off between December 25 and January 1 inclusive, without loss of salary.
