On Thursday 1 February, Allan English appeared before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Veterans Affairs, which is currently looking at “Barriers to Transition and Measurable Outcomes of Successful Transition.” His presentation was on Systemic Barriers to Veteran Transition which was followed by questions and discussion with Committee members and two other panelists, Professor Deborah Norris from Mount St Vincent University and Hélène LeScelleur, a veteran and PhD candidate at Ottawa University.
