Review period open for indirect costs policy

Queen鈥檚 is introducing an updated policy supporting the recovery, distribution, and use of Indirect Costs of Sponsored Research. These costs, also known as Overhead or Associated Costs, are necessary to support research activities and may not be directly attributed to any one research project.
The draft policy is available on the University Secretariat and Legal Counsel website.
Members of the Queen鈥檚 community are invited to review the policy and provide feedback via email to policies@queensu.ca.
The comment period closes on February 5, 2025 at 4 p.m.
