Draped from lamp posts running the length of University Avenue between Union and Stuart streets, the well-known art display by Indigenous artist Jaime Black 鈥 called the REDress Project 鈥 has been installed by the Queen鈥檚 Office of Indigenous Initiatives in recognition of countless lives impacted and lost to violence and systemic neglect.
