Introduction
Bill Dean is a Reporting & Budgeting Manager for the Faculty of Arts and Science. Working closely with the Director of Finance and Reporting, Bill supports the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting functions of the Faculty of Arts and Science. This role is a key contact for Managers and Heads of the Faculty’s academic departments and the Faculty Office units providing guidance and oversight on the financial administration of departmental budgets and accounts.
Bill previously worked as a Financial and Systems Analyst in Financial Services at Queen's for over 7 years and was a Business Analyst on the FAST Project. He also has worked in many finance related roles external to Queen's.
