Today we are sharing a draft of our new Global Engagement Strategic Plan, informed by consultations with more than 400 faculty members, students, staff, community members, and global partners.
The new Global Engagement Strategic Plan identifies six objectives to deepen Queen鈥檚 global impact across all elements of the university鈥檚 mission. The plan furthers the Queen鈥檚 vision to address the world鈥檚 most significant and urgent challenges - to create a more just, equitable and sustainable world. We believe that our world is an inter-connected one and that building mutually beneficial partnerships in a spirit of respect and humility is essential. A values-led approach with a strong commitment to I-EDIAA is core to our understanding of a globally-engaged university.
馃挕 The online consultation is now underway. From now until March 17, 2023 we invite the Queens University Kingston community, Bader College, Queen's Alumni, and our global partners to share their thoughts to help refine our strategy.
