University Research Services (URS) and Industry Partnerships want to hear from the people they support on a daily basis.

The units are looking to improve their communication with members of the research community at Queen鈥檚. They have kicked off the process by distributing a survey to researchers, research administrators, other service-oriented administrators, as well as graduate students.

鈥淓ffective communication is essential in our efforts to help people achieve excellence in research and scholarship at Queen鈥檚,鈥 says Karina McInnis, Executive Director, URS. 鈥淲e hope members of the research community take a few moments out of their busy day to tell us what they like and don鈥檛 like, and offer suggestions on preferred communication mechanisms.鈥
