Dr. Wiebe arrived at Queen鈥檚 in 1965, joining the Department of English and was among the world鈥檚 foremost Benjamin Disraeli scholars. Born and raised in Manitoba, Dr. Wiebe would complete his studies at the University of Manitoba and the University of Toronto.
