Join Queen’s Health Sciences leaders and researchers to celebrate the opening of new, team-oriented research facilities and shared lab spaces in ll Hall (floor 5) and Abramsky Hall.

Our unique, first of its kind in North America “collaboratory” will provide learners with hands-on experiential learning to trainees so they have the skills required to support our ever-growing biomedical and healthcare sectors.

These labs will allow students to work on projects focused on neurotechnology, an established strength at Queen’s that applies brain sensing, imaging, or modulations technologies to solve real world problems, like diagnosing and treating brain disorders, understanding and modifying brain states, and even interfacing the brain with machines.

From teaching and experimental labs to a student collaboration workspace and motion capture room, learn about our newest spaces via speakers, tours, and hands-on demonstrations.
