NDP leader delivers policy studies lecture

Tom Mulcair, the leader of the NDP, delivered the Donald Gow Memorial Lecture before a full house inside the Biosciences Complex lecture theatre on April 25. The leader of the official opposition spoke about Canadian foreign policy in the 21st century. The Gow Lecture was presented in conjunction with the hosted by the Queen's School of Policy Studies. The lecture series, established in 1973, honours Donald Gow, the founding director of what was then the School of Public Administration.
