Joanne Page鈥擜 Brief Biography
This digital gallery celebrates the life, legacy, and artistry of the late poet and painter Joanne Page. A tireless contributor to the Kingston artistic community, Joanne was known for her creation of both visual and literary art, and for her support of artists. Since 2011, Joanne Page, her partner Steve Page, and their family have supported the English Department鈥檚 annual Page Lecture which brings renowned Canadian writers to Queen鈥檚 to reflect on artistic craft through the evocative prompt of 鈥渢he page.鈥 This gallery, built in collaboration with the Page family, honours Joanne鈥檚 artistic gifts.
