All teaching staff at Queen's Daycare Centre have a minimum of a degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or an equivalent. All ECE staff are also registered members of our professional body The Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators
Skills such as CPR, First Aid, and auto-injector training are updated annually.
Staff are encouraged and supported to continue their Professional Development through additional training, workshops, webinars and conferences.
