As part of her innovative research into medical humanities and art history, Dr. Allison Morehead recently completed an interdisciplinary research workshop, “Doing Medical Humanities with Art, Non-Art Objects, and Things,” in Oslo, Norway, with the participation of three PhD students from Art History at Queen’s. Here, PhD student Hannah Darvin is handling an object from the University of Oslo collection, while Marla Dobson, a graduate of Queen’s PhD program and now curator of the Museum of Health Care in Kingston, looks on.
