Five Queen鈥檚 University alumni have been named to the Report on Business Magazine鈥檚 2023 . The Best Executive Awards honour non-CEO leaders who have visionary and inspirational management skills and have made an impact on their companies and in the business world.
One of the recipients, Oxford Properties Group Chief Financial Officer & Global Head of Portfolio Management Allison Wolfe, Com鈥01, is honoured to make this year鈥檚 list.

Bunmi Adeoye, Artsci鈥97, Senior VP, Consumer and Lifestyle, Proof Strategies
Bunmi has more than 20 years of experience in public relations and marketing. Bunmi harnesses her experience and background to devise creative campaigns that deliver results. Bunmi has played a key role in driving growth at Proof Strategies, expanding the company鈥檚 offerings and leading high-profile campaigns. She also contributes to issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion. Most notably, she is the co-founder of , which provides Black communications professionals inspiration, guidance and mentorship.
Atul Chandra, MBA鈥90, Chief Financial Officer, HomeEquity Bank
After joining HomeEquity as chief financial officer in 2016, Chandra transformed the bank鈥檚 bottom line, increasing the company鈥檚 net income from less than $12 million to more than $77 million in 2022 thanks to new products and customer service improvements. One major source of revenue is reverse mortgage options, including the CHIP Reverse Mortgage.
Norm Sabapathy, MIR鈥92, Executive VP, People, Communications & Technology, Cadillac Fairview
Sabapathy is responsible for leadership of human resources, communications and tech operations for the global real estate company with more than $40 billion in assets, including landmark buildings such as the Eaton Centre in Toronto. Sabapathy has been with Cadillac Fairview for more than 10 years and has more than 25 years of management experience with global, multi-billion-dollar industry leaders.
Paul Teshima, Sc鈥95, Chief Client Experience Officer, Wealthsimple
Wealthsimple is an online investment management service with more than $18 billion in assets and three million clients. Teshima helped design new programs to strengthen ties between clients and advisers and introduced updates to improve operational speed and quality. His worked has played a role in helping the company increase its number of clients and net deposits.
Allison Wolfe, Com鈥01, Chief Financial Officer & Global Head of Portfolio Management, Oxford Properties Group
Wolfe leads a team of more than 200 professionals responsible for financing and balance sheet management, strategic planning, portfolio management and capital allocation, risk management, financial reporting, tax, valuations and research on a global basis. Wolfe started at Oxford as a vice president of corporate development and within less than a decade became executive vice president, CFO and global head of portfolio management鈥攐ne鈥檚 of the real estate industry鈥檚 youngest-ever female CFOs.
