Conditionally admitted applicants must have official transcripts sent to us before beginning their studies. Official transcripts are final transcripts sent directly to Queen鈥檚 from your school, governing body, or test centre.

Please note: We accept documents submitted via Parchment and MyCreds.

We do not accept documents submitted through Naviance.

Common App applicants: Our office cannot access documents submitted to Common App.These documents must be submitted using one of the methods listed below.

Please do not submit additional information (e.g., passports, resumes, certifications, or letters of reference/motivation/continued interest), as the Selection Committee will not consider them and will destroy them.

Please do not submit documentation until you have successfully submitted your application (including the application fee) and received an applicant ID or application number (issued within a week of paying the application fee on OUAC, CommonApp or Queen鈥檚 Website).
