The DAN School Majors invites you into the world of the Other Shore written by Gao Xingjian. In this highly physical play, audiences are taken on a dream-like journey in which individual identity is lost and found. A strong emotional current carries audiences through unconnected scenes that explore the joys and dangers of our connections to others. Collectivism at its best and worse poses a challenge which the protagonist and audience must navigate in order to find their true selves.
Chill Out Zone
The Chill Out Zone is a space that anyone can use to take a break during the show or chill out at any point during the theatre experience. The space will have couches, blankets, colouring, and more! The Chill Out Zone will be open for use before, during, and after the show.
