This October, Dr. Sandra den Otter, Vice-Provost, Global Engagement, had the pleasure of visiting the University of the Philippines Diliman. During her visit, Dr. den Otter engaged in meaningful discussions and enjoyed a brief campus tour with several key figures including Dr. Maria Vanessa Lusung-Oyzon, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.
