Project Details
For this strategic goal, students would assess what kind of database would be useful to track the municipal inventory of properties. A database should outline property characteristics with residential development requirements in mind. What information would be tracked? What kind of software would meet these needs? Does something exist or would a developer need to make it from scratch? Are there best practices among other municipalities? What kind of costs would there be for a database and what mechanisms (automated or manual) are needed to ensure the database is maintained and up to date?
This project can be completed remotely and meetings can take place either in person or online.
