Built in 1973, this 16-storey high-rise on west campus contains 125 one-bedroom apartments for students.
The apartments overlook Lake Ontario, Portsmouth village, and Richardson Memorial Stadium.
The building is named for John Harland Orr (BSc 1923), a professor and head of biochemistry at Queen's who also served as head of the men's residence board and president of the Alumni Association.
