Prof. Bradley Weinberg鈥檚 dissertation, Duration and Dissolution: Theory, Policy and Practice Concerning the Preservation of Bargaining Relationships, was named the prestigious 2017 Thomas A. Kochan and Stephen R. Sleigh Best Dissertation Award by the American Labor and Employment Relations Association.
Each year, the Kochan-Sleigh committee reads thousands of pages of dissertations and determines which papers are the most significant contributions to the body of research in the field.
