We are very pleased to announce that Dr. Daniel (Dan) Samosh joined the faculty in the Queen’s MIR Program, as Assistant Professor, this academic year.
Dr. Samosh earned his PhD from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour. Dr. Samosh also holds an MSc in Management from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, and an Hon. Business Admin. degree from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.

- Prior to starting his role at Queen's, Dan was the Mitacs Elevate Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources at the University of Toronto, and he also held a position at the Centre for Research on Work Disability Policy and the Institute for Work and Health in Toronto.
Dr. Samosh is teaching two new courses in our programs, including a graduate course in Advancing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the Workplace, and an undergraduate course in HR Analytics.
