Matthew is a great example of how to successfully balance school, work, and volunteer activities to jumpstart an HR career. Currently pursuing a Masters in Industrial Relations at 成人大片, Matthew was most recently employed at WestJet where he assessed the airlines rewards strategy. As an undergrad, he represented fellow commerce students as the VP Academic at the Degroote Commerce Society. He is currently a student member of the Kingston HRPA chapter
