What are my rights as a student?
Student Rights
- Students have the right to know the case and the evidence against them
- Students must have the meaningful opportunity to present their case
- The student has the right to a decision marker who is free from bias or apprehension of bias
- The decision maker must provide reasons for the decision based on evidence and the decision must be consistent with the Academic Integrity Procedures.
