This professionally facilitated group is for students who want to improve their focus and decrease signs of anxiety and stress, without having to spend hours in sitting meditation. During each of the weeks, you will get the opportunity to experience a variety of mindfulness exercises) in an environment that allows you to ask questions and receive feedback. Students would benefit from attending all sessions but can register to join at any point.
