Participants will get a chance to reflect on on what they are currently doing and learn evidence-based practices to proactively take care of themselves and manage stress. During the session, participants will learn how to create an action plan that they can implement easily into the very near future. Peer Health Educator volunteers will also provide participants with the opportunity to create and take home a stress reduction kit.
