Nancy McIntyre provides high level administrative and analytical support to the QPI patent agents. Nancy previously worked at PARTEQ Innovations and Alcan International Ltd., where she worked in the Intellectual Property department as a Patent Database Administrator. She maintained the patent database globally and was responsible for patent annuities. Nancy has also worked as a patent clerk in Toronto at the law firms of Ogilvy Renault, and Smart and Biggar.

Nancy recently completed the Certified Canadian IP Patent Administrator Designation (CCPA), and is a member of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.

What is the one thing you want people to know about QPI?
I'd like them to know that we have an inventor-friendly approach that will help inventors and creators through the patent process.

What’s the best part of your job?
I really enjoy working with inventors, learning about their inventions, and helping them to get patents.
