    What does wellbeing mean to you? Through guided collage-making, explore your personal wellness goals and reflect on what keeps you balanced. No artistic experience required!

    - Hands-on collage-making session for self-exploration
    - A supportive and expressive space to reflect on personal wellness
    - Tools to work through emotions and set personal intentions

    • Description: This session focuses on self-expression and creativity as tools for stress relief and connection. Participants will create a collage that reflects their personal wellness goals and what helps them stay in balance.
