    Join us for an introductory workshop to learn about, and leverage, practices and tools to support meaningful engagement that convenes groups in co-designing.

    This interactive session will provide insights into a fourfold practice with approaches to enable using dialogue, facilitation and systematic thinking towards the co-creation of innovative ideas for teams, organizations and communities. Learn about participatory leadership that brings together diverse perspectives, focuses on inclusion and belonging to allow us to create common ground that ignites and strengthens collaborations.

    During the learning session, you will:

    • Deepen your understanding of participatory leadership.
    • Develop insight into frameworks that expand your capacity to ignite impact.
    • Cultivate skills for creating inclusive environments.
    • Build meaningful connections that value diverse perspectives.
    • Acquire practical, replicable tools to promote systems thinking to tackle complex challenges and promote community engagement.

    ​Spend a day with the CCESC to envision a future where connection and community are paramount. Together we can nurture a more unified, interconnected vision for groups and communities that empowers conscious impact.
