    Mindfulness for a better student life

    Description:

    Students can attend this 1-hour group, which includes a 45-minute guide mindfulness exercise (e.g., body scan, mindful eating, mindful self-compassion) and 15-minute guided inquiry.  Learn ways to be present, regulate your mood and focus your attention during busy days filled with classes, labs and extracurricular activities.  You are invited to drop in when your schedule permits however regular practice is recommended to get maximum benefits.  

    NOTE: This offering is for students only.
