Description:
Join us for our last Mood Walk of the semester! Get up, get away from the screens, get walking, and get to know local green spaces. Mood Walks will help to restore concentration, uplift mood, decrease stress, build community, broaden perspective and spark creative thinking. Mood Walks are accessible and all are welcome. Rain, snow or shine.
Open to students, faculty and staff.
