Title: Global Education for Canadians: Equipping Young Canadians to Succeed at Home and Abroad

Is international education an indulgence for an affluent few, or is it essential learning for all Canadian students? A new report by the Study Group on Global Education - an independent group of university and college presidents, private sector leaders and policy experts - argues that the opportunity to study and work abroad provides students with knowledge, skills and global connections that are essential for their success, and Canada’s future. Other countries such as Australia and the United States have made global education a national priority. Canada has no such strategy, and it shows.
