The Queen's Native Student Association in partnership with Education on Queer Issues Project (EQuIP) is doing a brief survey of gender and sexual diversity in colonized groups internationally through short films discussing two-spirit people, bedarche, mahu and hijras and a discussions exploring the intersections of identity, the role of missionaries historically in introducing homophobia as it is experienced today and cultural resurgence.
