Description:
This one-day workshop will introduce participants to the various stages of project management (PM), as well as some of the elements that will help them to achieve successful results when they lead or are simply a member of a project team. Participants will have the opportunity to apply at least one PM tool to a case study. They will also develop some strategies in order to engage with team members in PM context.

Learning Outcomes:
- Describe the characteristics of projects and project management
- Identify and follow the stages to generate a project management map
- Gather some project management tips
- Recognize some ways to work effectively as part of a team project
