Women in Science Queen鈥檚 presents Amanda Daley, Vice-President, Canada Medical at Canopy Growth Corporation, a world leading cannabis company whose interests include research, product development and innovation on both medical and recreational cannabis, for its September meeting talk, 鈥淐areers in Industry - Expectations for science in industry: Opportunities and Challenges.鈥� Daley is responsible for the commercial medical organization in Canada, including strategy and leadership of medical sales and marketing, the creation and implementation of continuing medical education (CME) programs for healthcare professionals, as well as medical customer service at Canopy Growth. Daley chose her path on the commercial side of the industry early in her career and is interested in sharing the multitude of opportunities available to individuals with a science background in both the pharmaceutical and medical cannabis world.
