The Women in Science at Queen’s (WiSQ) group invites you to join us to discuss ‘Effective Networking: How can we do it?’ Jenny Lee Northey, Career Counsellor at Queen’s Career Services, will be providing us with a unique opportunity to learn about the topic. Following an initial career teaching both locally in Kingston and internationally, Jenny has spent the last five years at Queen’s and NYU Shanghai supporting individuals their career development. Jenny has firsthand experience with moving and settling in a new country, building a professional network from scratch, and navigating resources while job searching. Now at Queen’s Career Services, Jenny integrates her background in intercultural communication, equity, and diversity and inclusion while working extensively with individuals from diverse backgrounds to empower them as they move forward with their careers.
