    Description:

    Understand what factors interfere with your ability to get good quality sleep. In this workshop you will learn how to get to sleep faster after a busy day filled with class, assignments and extra-curricular activities in order optimize your nighttime sleep.

    In this workshop you will:

    • Reflect on what is impacting your sleep
    • Learn new strategies to get better quality sleep
    • Discover optimal napping techniques

    NOTE: This workshop is for students only.  Registration recommended but drop-ins welcome.
