    In this session, you'll discover actionable strategies to boost your wellness through 'keystone habits'—small changes that create lasting impact. Drawing on neuroscience and a coaching mindset for change, Rebecca will explain the 'Red Zone' vs. 'Blue Zone' and how these states affect stress and share six steps to promote learning and change. You'll learn to nurture your well-being with mindful choices, such as breath awareness and micro-actions, and you'll leave with new tools to improve your daily life.
