    If stress is getting the best of you, gratitude may be essential to reducing your stress levels. Studies indicate that practicing gratitude can promote positive physical and psychosocial changes.  

    In this workshop you will:

    • Learn about how gratitude can improve your emotional well-being and help you during times of stress 
    • Try a selection of different gratitude practices, such as the Gratitude Scavenger Hunt or the 5-Minute Journal, so you can find one that you can continue on your own
