    This workshop will explore ways that you can change your relationship with stress in order to cope with it more effectively. You will be introduced to different practices and be reminded of the mental messages that will bolster your ability to process stress. 

    In this workshop you will: 
    鈥 Reflect on how stressed you really are 
    鈥 Hear what strategies your peers find helpful 
    鈥 Learn strategies so you can 鈥淪.T.O.P stress in its tracks鈥 and learn to be a 鈥淧RO鈥 at managing it
